Palm Beach County Settles, Agrees to Limit Solitary for Kids

After a lawsuit filed by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and the Human Rights Defense Center, the Palm Beach County Jail agreed to a settlement that significantly limit isolation for youth in H.C. v. PBSO (2018).
